Workshops for leaders on inclusive corporate culture

In our workshops, we work together with leaders to explore how they can act more consciously and inclusively. To implement this sustainably, we create an individual action plan during the workshop that the leaders will put into practice. They will exchange ideas with another leader from the company during this process. This way, the two "buddies" support and reflect on each other.

Target group: Leaders in SMEs as well as national and international companies who wish to further develop inclusive leadership and the corporate culture.

Before the workshops, we work with companies to define the scope and focus of the workshop, ensuring it is tailored to their needs. The following areas of focus are offered in our leadership workshops:

  • Fundamentals of inclusive leadership in the company
  • Stereotypes, prejudices, and norms
  • Communication and intercultural competence (including language and exchange
    between cultures in the business environment)
  • Inclusive decision-making (e.g., in recruitment and leadership)

Workshops for employees on inclusive corporate culture

In our workshops, we work together with employees to explore how they can act more consciously and inclusively.
