Through strategic guidance, Mitt Liv’s consultants have contributed concrete proposals for how Stena Metall’s recruitment process can be developed into a more inclusive and bias-free process. A major breakthrough was achieved in 2020 when we developed a proposal for how the company’s internal guidelines for managers could be formulated, with the aim of creating the right conditions for a more inclusive mindset in their recruitment processes.
