With our mentoring program we offer companies and their employees a platform for cultural exchange to enhance their skills in dealing with diversity and inclusion.

400+ clients since 2008

Since 2008, we have collaborated with over 400 companies and organisations to develop sustainable strategies and implement concrete measures in their company culture and cultural transformation diversity, equity, and inclusion – both globally and locally. Over the years, we have trained nearly 100,000 employees and helped more than 7,000 professionals with a foreign background establish themselves in the labour market. Today, we have approximately 40 long-term collaboration partners in Sweden and Switzerland.

Mentoring Program

With the mentoring program, we offer companies and their employees a platform for cultural exchange to enhance their skills in dealing with diversity and inclusion. We connect mentors (professionals from companies) with mentees (foreign academics seeking employment with a work permit in Switzerland) and strengthen mutual cultural understanding through joint workshops and discussions.

Workshops: Together for an inclusive company culture

In our workshops, we work together with executives and/or employees to explore how they can act more consciously and inclusively. To ensure sustainable implementation, we create an individual action plan during the workshop, which employees put into practice over the following months. Throughout this process, they exchange ideas with a colleague within the company. This way, the two “buddies” support and reflect on each other’s progress.
