Emma Claesson is the outgoing EVP of People & Culture at Axel Johnson, where she has been working since 2020. She joined from her previous role as HR Director at the technology consulting company AFRY. Before that, she was the HR manager at SSAB and, for ten years prior to that, a management consultant at Accenture.
The common thread in Emma's career is working with people, organisation, and change management. Alongside her operational duties, Emma has held several board positions, including the chairmanship for Mitt Liv.
