Det finns dock både statistik och berättelser som talar för motsatsen. Sean George, idag kreditportföljchef på en av världens mest framgångsrika hedgefonder, hade flera toppositioner i ryggen inom finans utomlands när han sökte jobb i Sverige. På över ett halvår fick han inte ens en jobbintervju. Sean tar oss med på sin resa genom en fortfarande snäv och konservativ finansbransch där Sverige riskerar att halka efter.
