Case: Sigma Connectivity
Data-driven strategy for diversity and inclusion

About Sigma Connectivity
Sigma Connectivity is a global design and engineering house that collaborates with some of the world’s most innovative tech companies to redefine innovation. With broad expertise and state-of-the-art labs, they help their clients discover new opportunities in technology and create solutions that drive growth and value.
The company focuses on connected devices and solutions in areas such as consumer products, smart homes, buildings and cities, automotive, Industry 4.0 & manufacturing, MedTech, CleanTech, Service IoT, and industrial and retail solutions. Sigma Connectivity offers flexible and tailored delivery models to meet their customers' specific needs.
The opportunity
Sigma Connectivity is a global player in tech development, where innovation and competitiveness rely on diversity and inclusion. To succeed in a global market, their employee demographics must reflect their customer base, and an inclusive work environment is crucial for fostering diversity and different perspectives.
The company had established a diversity group with representatives from three different companies within the group but lacked a unified, measurable plan for their long-term work. Sigma Connectivity needed to concretise their strategy with clear, data-driven goals and establish a continuous, structured plan to create sustainable and measurable workplace change.
