Mitt Liv's Mentoring Program in Zürich, Switzerland

A bridge to the Swiss labour market

Applications are now open for our upcoming program in Zürich, starting on September 25-26, 2024. Prospective mentees can apply until August 15, and the deadline for mentor applications is August 23.

Mitt Liv's mentoring program supports individuals with a foreign background and post-secondary education who don't have employment in their field. Through mentorship and an expanded network of contacts, we enhance the opportunities for our mentees to secure jobs that match their qualifications.

Collaboration partners

Mitt Liv's collaboration partners in Switzerland provide mentors for the program. These mentors come from various sectors and industries - just like the mentees.

How it works

We offer two programs per year – one during the autumn and one during the spring. Each program lasts for 4 months, and participation entails a commitment of 12-13 hours in total.

During the program the mentor and mentee meet individually on at least four occasions. We match mentees and mentors to the greatest extent possible based on educational background, industry/sector and experience.

The joint workshops are held in Zürich, and it's important that you are able to attend these on-site to enroll in the program.
