As part of the agreement, Exertis will be part of Mitt Liv's network of partners, which today consists of around 40 organisations from the private and public sector. They will take part in strategic consulting, training and knowledge-enhancing network meetings, as well as mentorship in the mentoring program Mitt Livs Chans.

The goal of the collaboration is to create a workplace where everyone gets the right conditions to contribute with their strengths and to make them feel comfortable and valued as an individual. Exertis wants to be part of the important journey that they believe the whole society needs to make:

“In our work going forward, we want to attract talent from the entire workforce who want to be part of our journey and develop Exertis. Diversity and inclusion are in the long run a crucial issue for creating additional value for our customers and reaching out to new markets ", says Jonas Silander Commercial Director Exertis Nordics.

Exertis Nordics currently has more than 270 employees with headquarters and warehouses in Gothenburg, as well as local offices in Stockholm, Umeå, Helsingborg, Sandefjord in Norway, Copenhagen in Denmark and Helsinki in Finland. One part of the collaboration is that Exertis will offer its employees the opportunity to participate as mentors in the mentoring program “Mitt Livs Chans”, where you support a person with a foreign background and post-secondary education to navigate the Swedish labor market. Mentoring is a concrete effort for a more open labor market, but at the same time an investment in the employees' professional and personal development.

“The mentoring program that Mitt Liv offers gives us a direct opportunity to make a difference, while we broaden our own perspectives for what talents we can miss out on if we don't open up and create the right conditions for diversity and inclusion within our company", says Anna Linnér HR Director Exertis Nordics.
