Below you will find a selection of solutions we have provided to clients, and we hope that these real-life cases present a concrete picture of the types of solutions we can create in relation to both strategic planning and the practical implementation work.

Axel Johnson

Over the years, Axel Johnson has engaged the services of Mitt Liv for a range of different consulting assignments, including the development of a leadership program and a recruitment day for international talents.


Together with Mitt Liv, SEB has arranged four trainee programs for mentees from the Mitt Livs Chans mentoring program, and this initiative has resulted in a number of recruitments.

Volvo Cars

Volvo Cars have chosen to expand their basic partnership with a number of additional competence development services from Mitt Liv, including a training program in inclusive leadership and inclusive recruitment.


Through a Mitt Liv training program in inclusive leadership, around 80 managers, leaders and health & safety officers at SMHI have received training in diversity and inclusion.

Stena Metall

Within the framework of their partnership with Mitt Liv, Stena Metall have chosen to focus on strategic guidance in relation to the development of an inclusive recruitment process.


Vattenfall have engaged the services of Mitt Liv to develop a tailored training module in inclusive employeeship for employees in four different countries.

Norrköpings Municipality

Since the start of their partnership with Mitt Liv in 2014, Norrköping Municipality have encouraged their employees to become involved as mentors in the Mitt Livs Chans program.


Preem kick-started their partnership with Mitt Liv by developing a well-considered D&I (diversity and inclusion) strategy.


In the spring of 2018, a training collaboration was initiated between Mitt Liv and Nobina through which 500 managers and leaders undertook a training program in inclusive leadership.


It is now a stated goal of the recruitment firm SJR that all of their managers should spend time as mentors in the Mitt Livs Chans program as part of their management training.
